- Remember to use only approved containers (safety cans) for storage of flammable or

Town of South Windsor, Plant Supervisor, Water Pollution Control.
Supervises operations, maintenance and laboratory staff in the operation of collection
and wastewater treatment facilities.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in water or wastewater treatment
- or -
Completion of a vocational program in water, wastewater, plumbing, electrical, or
mechanical repair
- Five years experience in sewage treatment plant operations, with one year supervisory
experience
- Active CT DEP Wastewater Operator Certification, Class III (Class IV certification
required within two years of employment)
- Active CT Motor Vehicle Operator's License
Salary range: $43,000 - $60,500

* NEWEA's Kowsz Scholarship is open to
anyone in the wastewater field who needs money for education. The money can be used for
training which is associated to the wastewater field. Examples: technical sessions,
