on April 15, 1998.
A total of 35 people attended the NPDES Issues Meeting. Twenty were Permittee holders. Information on the Long Island Sound initiative was presented as well as info, on the Water Quality Regulations and C12 regulations. Peter Gross from Fuss & ONeill presented an update on the L.I.S. problems and the trading which is supposed to take place. There are issues with the ONE SIZE FITS ALL approach for the sound.
