PA to Sell Sewer System January 11, 2001: Upper Dublin Township, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is considering the sale of its wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment facilities. Upper Dublin’s system serves an affluent, 13 square mile franchise area currently including approximately 7,800 customers. The system consists of a gravity collection system, sixteen pumping stations and a 1.0 MGD treatment plant. Regional agreements with three adjoining municipally owned treatment facilities provide additional treatment capacity. Interested parties should contact Paul A.
